"We are sending this letter in appreciation for the outstanding work of remodeling our home to your entire crew. From the first meeting with Jackie and Tom, we felt a sense of confidence and understanding of our needs for the project ahead. Every step of the way, from Jackie's design to the final paint color, we were guided in the right direction and the end result is beyond our expectation. Each morning during construction Tom came to our home, always a smile on his face, letting us know what was going to happen that day. Tom was always available by phone and, once, even offered to meet us at 9:00 at night in order to keep things moving. We declined that meeting: no one needs to work that late. The entire crew from Christel and Heiberger Builders, along with Meggers Plumbing, Abstract Electric, Fuhrmann Heating and Cooling, Valley View Drywall, T&S Finishing and TK Hardwood Floor Company were outstanding craftsman. As the project progressed, we made a few changes and added requests along the way, but each one of these guys stepped up and said "no problem". Brian, from Abstract Electric, was especially great figuring out how to make the huge television work in an impossible place. In a world that moves so fast from one day to the next it's important to take the time to let people know they're appreciated for who they are and what they do, so thank you very much for a job very well done!"
